Technical Content Writer

Position Overview

We are seeking a Technical Content Writer with exceptional English writing skills and a solid technical background to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who can quickly grasp complex technical concepts—such as cloud computing, AI/ML, APIs, cybersecurity, or enterprise software—and translate them into clear, engaging, and accessible content for diverse audiences.

You will be responsible for producing technical blogs, research articles, whitepapers, case studies, product documentation, and thought-leadership pieces that establish authority and resonate with both technical experts and non-technical stakeholders.

Minimum working experience: 3-4 Years

Key Responsibilities

Content Development

• Write high-quality blogs, articles, product documentation, research articles, whitepapers, and case studies tailored to a tech-savvy audience.
• Break down complex technical topics into content that can also be understood by business leaders, clients, or general readers.
• Produce compelling marketing copy for websites, product pages, landing pages, and newsletters.

Research & Insights

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to deeply understand technical products and services.
• Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor content to ensure relevance and thought leadership.

SEO & Optimization

• Optimize content for search engines while maintaining technical accuracy and readability.
• Structure content for better user experience, including clear headings, diagrams, and visuals.
• Edit HTML pages with updated keywords, phrases, descriptions and titles.

Documentation & Guides

• Create user manuals, knowledge base articles, FAQs, and technical documentation for software products.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all product-related content.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Technical Content Writer, Technical Writer, or Content Specialist in IT, SaaS, or related industries.
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences.
• Solid understanding of software development, APIs, cloud platforms, networking, or enterprise technology.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools, frameworks, and technologies.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating published technical and non-technical content.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, English, or related field.
• Familiarity with developer documentation, API reference writing, or DevOps/cloud platforms.
• Experience with content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot, or similar).
• Understanding of SEO, keyword research, and digital marketing practices.
• Bonus: Hands-on knowledge of tools like Markdown, Git, or documentation platforms (e.g., ReadTheDocs, Confluence).
